HOW TO MAKE A PAYMENT
- Option 1: Pay Online (Credit Cards or Checks).
Click here to make a payment through our secure payment processor, PSN. A small convenience fee of $2.99 will be added to your payment. You can print receipts, sign-up for Auto-Payments for the amount of your bill, view your bills, change how you pay, cancel Auto-Payments and much more, instantaneously. Never be late and have late fees accessed. A payment posts the day you make it. Once you register, it's a simple 3-step process after that.

- Option 2: Pay by Phone (Credit Cards or Checks).
You can call 1-877-885-7968 to pay with a credit card or checking/ savings account withdrawal. Make sure you have your utility bill to provide your customer number and ZIP code. A small convenience fee of $2.99 will be added to your payment.
- Option 3: Pay by Automatic Funds Transfer (Checks Only).
Your bill can be paid automatically on the due date by an electronic debit of your checking or savings account. YCUA will send your billing statement as usual and the payment will be deducted from your bank account on the date shown on the bill. Enrolling customers will need to allow 30 to 45 days for the electronic debit to go into effect. Customers can change or cancel their electronic payment enrollment at any time by notifying YCUA in writing. Enrollment forms can be obtained by visiting our office at 2777 State Road in Ypsilanti Township and can also be downloaded here.
- Option 4: Pay in Person or by Mail (Checks Only).
You can pay in person or mail a check to 2777 State Road, Ypsilanti (from 8 am - 4 pm Monday thru Friday). You can also pay at any Wal-Mart (a convenience fee will be added to your payment).
- Information on Budget Billing.
Have you ever wished that your water/sewer bills would be consistent each month? If so, then YCUA's Budget Billing program is for you. Our Budget Billing program allows you to spread the cost of your bills over an entire year. This plan is only available to YCUA customers who have a history of 12 months at the address where you want the account to be budgeted, and the account must be current. If you meet these qualifications, we can add you to the program right away. Click here for more information.
HOW TO VIEW YOUR BILL|
You can now view your water/sewer bill online. And if you want, you can opt out of paper bills at any time, helping YCUA reduce costs*. Give it a try; you will love the convenience. We will send you an email when your bill is ready to view.
Step 1: Register to View Your Bills Online.
- If you have already registered on PSN to make payments, log in and select the Online Statements tab. Click here to log in. Follow the prompts to select either to sign up for paperless bills or both paperless and mailed paper bills.*
- If you have not yet registered for paying online, click here and register. (You do not have to pay online to view your bills online.) Then go to the Online Statements tab and follow the prompts to select either to sign up for paperless bills or both paperless and mailed paper bills.*
Step 2: Enter Our Email in Your Address Book.
To make sure you receive our email notifications, copy and paste the following email into your address book: CustomerService@PaymentServiceNetwork.com
That's it. With the next billing cycle, we will send you an email with the amount due and a link to view your bill. Remember, you can easily make an online payment right from your email notification.
Opt out of Receiving Paper Bills at Any Time.*
You can take this step immediately or if you would prefer to test out receiving your emails electronically for a month or two, you can take this step at any time. Log into your account by clicking here, then select the Online Statements tab and chose Opting out of mailed paper statements. By choosing to go paperless, you are helping YCUA reduce costs.* Thanks.
