1. The customer desiring a sprinkling meter will pay to YCUA $235 to cover the cost of the meter.
2. The customer will rearrange his plumbing so the outside faucets only will be metered by the sprinkling meter.
3. The customer will pay for use of the water on the basis of the rate schedule. The rate schedule includes minimum billing.
4. No sewage will be billed on the sprinkling meter.
5. Cycle 01: June, August, and October will be regular billing periods for sprinkling meters.
6. Cycle 02: July, September, and November will be regular billing periods for sprinkling meters.
7. Readiness to serve will apply during these periods and you will be billed a minimum bill even if there has been no consumption. Consumption (if any) during the winter months will be billed out on the first summer billing.
8. In the event of sprinkling restrictions, all persons will comply with those restrictions. There will be no reduction in minimum charges as a result of these restrictions.
