Water Service

• Three-Quarter Inch (.75") - $1,440.00
• One Inch (1") - $1,540.00
• One and One-Half Inch (1.5") - $2,800.00
• Two Inch (2") - $3,400.00

Sewer Service

• Four Inch (4") - $1,600.00
• Six Inch (6") - $2,100.00

• The cost for all sizes not scheduled above, or any taps requiring a casing, shall be set by the YCUA Director at a price equal to time and material plus thirty-five percent (35%).
• An additional charge of $500.00 shall be made for all taps installed when frost is in the ground (November 15 to March 15).
• All payments for water and sewer connections and water meters shall be paid in full prior to the time said connection is made and meter installed.
